Great Location, Needs Improvement

The rooftop pool was refreshing after exploring the city. The food in the restaurant left much to be desired. I suggest exploring local dining options for better cuisine. Ensure to request your invoice, as the staff didn't provide it without prompting. A decent stay but with notable room for improvement.

The bathroom design needs improvement!!! The shower head's angle is fixed, causing water issues on the tub and floor. A more comprehensive TV usage guide would also be helpful. Consider slightly lowering the price, it feels a bit steep!!!

The Standard Double Room was clean and spacious, great for our stay. The shower worked quickly, getting to the right temp in no time. Plus, I loved the big screen TV with Netflix! The hotel is really close to the Busan KTX and metro stations, so super convenient. Just wish the bathroom had a bit better design as the shower angle wasn't ideal. It was a comfortable night with a decent vibe.

The staff were all wonderfully friendly and approachable, especially Aaron at the rooftop bar, who shared great local dining tips. The balcony in our room was a lovely spot to unwind while enjoying the city view. We appreciated the convenience of the nearby restaurants and coffee shops.
